The wet bar has a sink, wine fridge, prep area, glassware and seating for 4. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen is an absolute delight. Highly upgraded with gorgeous granite countertops, Wolf 6 burner gas range, high-end appliances, and a spacious island with seating for 5. The formal dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen table has seating for 6.

The spacious Master Suite has a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, seating area and private doors to the back yard. The Master bathroom has dual sinks, a jetted jacuzzi tub and large shower with dual showerheads and bench seating. 

Suite 2 has a Queen bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. Suite 3 has two Twin beds, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. The separate Casita has a private Suite with King bed, HDTV, private doors to the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. The Casita living room has a couch and extra seating, large TV, desk and its own entrance to the center courtyard.
