Outside, you have a beautifully landscaped, private acre with a resort style pool, complete with separate palm island, raised steps spa, and rock waterfall. Very few homes have a pool like this! 4 chaise lounges surround the pool, plus two benches and a cabana. The large lawn continues behind the pool, with citrus trees and plenty of palms lining the home. There is also a gazebo perched above the lawn, if you need a quiet place to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.

The spacious outdoor patio is the perfect spot for entertaining with ample seating, putting green, and fire pit. The built in BBQ has a mini fridge, barstools with view of the outdoor TV, and umbrella. The outdoor dining table is below the flatscreen TV, and has seating for 8. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4. The media room features 4 theater recliners, plus flatscreen TV, access to the water garden, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent great room, with another TV, more seating, and a wet bar.

The Master Suite has a King bed, separate sitting area, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and separate his and hers en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a closet, separate soaking tub, tiled shower, and sink.

Suite 2 is the separate casita, and has 2 Queen beds, flatscreen TV, kitchenette, and private front entrance off the long driveway. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, fridge, sink, and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a tiled shower, sink and toilet. Suite 3 has a King bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with tiled shower.
