Indoors, polished cement floors, high ceilings, and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area give the house a fluid feel. A custom billiards table is located right when you walk in, and sets the tone for the inevitable fun to come. The great room has a 75" Smart Flatscreen TV, modern sectional for 8, and cozy fireplace. The dining table has seating for 10, next to the wet bar, which leads outside to the patio. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and double islands, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware.

The master bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and pool access. The master bathroom is super luxe, with large soaking tub with exterior mountain views, double vanities, and tiled shower with full body shower system. Bedroom 2 is the attached casita, with King bed, mini fridge and sink, and en suite bathroom with tiled shower.
